A grassroots coalition of airmen, legal experts, healthcare professionals, and families committed to reforming the FAA’s psychiatric oversight systems—especially the Human Intervention Motivation Study (HIMS) Program. We advocate for all pilots facing coercive monitoring—whether due to alcohol or drug use, SSRI or other prescription medications, mental health conditions, or even baseless suspicion.

What started as a loose network of aviators questioning their treatment became an official nonprofit in 2025, united around the mission of protecting pilot rights and reforming the FAA’s opaque medical oversight process.

Driving legislative and regulatory reform at the federal level.
Offering clarity, connection, and guidance to any airman forced into the HIMS Program or similar FAA monitoring processes.
Tracking problematic patterns among HIMS providers and FAA offices.
